SHIPPING
Do you Ship Internationally?
Absolutely! We offer shipping to every corner of the world.
Standard Shipping time?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates (Note all options are subject to 1-3 business days for processing):
Australia Express Delivery – 1-3 Days
Australia Standard Delivery – 3 - 6 Days
International Delivery Express – 7-10 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)
International Delivery Standard - 10 - 14 Days
Cost of Shipping?
Depending on your location our shipping costs will vary. At checkout, you can select the option that best suits you.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. Please contact us at hello@midnightmotto.com to begin your return process.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring returns for refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or provide a credit note!
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings for refunds.
However, we understand that preferences can change. If your earrings are unworn and in their original packaging, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please reach out to us at hello@midnightmotto.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will respond with the return address and instructions. We will then request that you organise the return shipment within 7 days of our email confirmation. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
